I am the type of person that gets nervous during escrow. Chris found me a buyer (in record time!) that had a cash offer and a short escrow. Every time I started to panic he was there to calm me down and walk me through the processes and developments. Chris is amazing. He helped my wife and I buy our first home. He was definitely not out to make a quick buck with us. On more than one occasion he advised against moving forward with certain homes because he knew more about the neighborhood or some other factor that wasn't a good match for us. He could have easily put us into a place that was not a good fit. Our criteria evolved as we looked at different homes but Chris never grew impatient with us. Our budget was limited but we were set on a single family home.
